Kevin F. Walsh, Esq., is a seasoned Plaintiff’s attorney in the area of personal injury. Before assuming the role of Associate Attorney at Fanizzi & Barr, P.C. in Niagara Falls, New York, he served as Staff Counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance, defending insured persons in lawsuits brought against them, and prior to that, he worked as an Associate Attorney at The Ballow Law Firm, P.C., in Clarence, New York, representing injured persons in various personal injury matters. Mr. Walsh is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, in Boston, Massachusetts where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. During his time at Suffolk, he distinguished himself as the Lead Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, was also an active member of the Suffolk University Law School National Trial Team. His academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Legal Studies from the University at Buffalo, as well as an Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Erie Community College. Mr. Walsh is experienced in the courtroom as well, having tried numerous cases to a verdict in New York State Supreme Courts located in Erie County, Niagara County and Monroe County. His litigation experience also includes handling multiple small claims trials and serving as lead counsel in various mediations and arbitrations. Beyond his legal achievements, Mr. Walsh is a distinguished member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and the Rehnquist Inn Golden Key International Honor Society. He was also a member of the Suffolk University Law School Club Ice Hockey Team from 2011 to 2014. He currentlyresides in Hamburg, New York with his wife Julia and their two daughters.
